The 37th Annual Macy’s 4th Of July Fireworks Spectacular curated by Usher, with performances by Mariah Carey, Tim McGraw, Taylor Swift & Selena Gomez.

The show starts at 8pm EST and will first have the artists performances and after that, the greatest fireworks display in America. More that 40,000 fireworks will light up the sky, synchronized to a 25-minute, hand-picked score. You won’t want to miss this.

The fireworks show can be seen from any are with an unobstructed view of the sky above the Hudson River. There are four badges  positioned in the Hudson River between 24th street and 42nd street. For the best spots, head to the 12th avenue below 59th street at the following access points along  11th avenue.

Macy’s says you won’t want to miss the lights show during the last 5 minutes of the fireworks finale if you’re near the Empire State Building.

Parking will not be available in the area, so it is recommended to leave your cars at home. NYC transit will run increased Subway service before, and after the fireworks. Bus service near the fireworks will be rerouted, with extra trips available after the event.

Man Dies After Jumping From Aventura Mall Parking Garage

A man found dead outside at the Aventura Mall early Monday morning apparently committed suicide by jumping from the Macy’s parking garage.

The man’s final moments were caught by a video surveillance camera, according to the Aventura police. He was found by a mall employee lying in the roadway outside the Bloomingdale’s department store at 1 a.m. The only visible injury on the victim was a laceration to the back of the head.

The man appeared to be between 20 and 25 years old and was wearing a back t-shirt, plaid shorts, and sneakers, police said. Investigators are still trying to identity him. Anyone with information should contact the Aventura Police department at (305) 466-8989.

“There was no i.d., no keys, no money, no jewelry,” said Major Skip Washa, a spokesperson for the Aventura Police department.
